Primăria Orașului Borsec aderă la Strategia Națională Anticorupție și își asumă planul de integritate aferent. Codul de conduită al personalului contractual și al funcționarilor publici este reglementat de partea a VI-a din OUG nr. 57/2019, iar consilierul de etică este desemnat potrivit art. 451–452 din același act.
