Agricultural register

Registration and updating of data, certificates, producer's certificate and sales book.

The Agricultural Register is the official primary record containing information on households, land, livestock, agricultural machinery and buildings within the administrative area of the town. It is regulated by Government Ordinance No. 28/2008 on the Agricultural Register.

Information must be declared by the head of the household or another adult member. Declaration deadlines are established annually by the relevant technical rules; the usual period is from 5 January to the last day of February for individuals, and from 5 January to 15 February for legal entities. Please check the exact deadline with the relevant department.

Any changes occurring during the year — such as a change of owner, land area or livestock numbers — must be declared within 30 days.

How it works — step by step

Agricultural register certificate
Se eliberează la cerere, pe baza actului de identitate. Atestă datele înscrise în registru — suprafețe, animale, componența gospodăriei — și este cerută frecvent de APIA, de bănci, de școli sau la dosarele de burse.
Producer's certificate and sales book
Atestatul de producător se eliberează pe baza datelor din registrul agricol și a verificării în teren, potrivit Legii nr. 145/2014. Este valabil un an de la data emiterii și dă dreptul la comercializarea produselor proprii; carnetul de comercializare se eliberează odată cu atestatul.
