Cum depuneți o petiție și în cât timp primiți răspuns
Termenul legal este de 30 de zile. Petițiile anonime nu se iau în considerare, iar cele depuse online primesc număr de înregistrare pe loc.
A petition is a request, complaint, notification or proposal submitted to the institution. Petitions are regulated by Government Ordinance no. 27/2002.
Response deadline
The authority must respond within 30 days of registration. If additional investigation is required, the deadline may be extended by up to 15 days, and you will be notified of the extension.
What the petition must contain
The petition must include your full name and address, as well as the subject of your request. Anonymous petitions will not be considered and will be closed without further action, as the law requires the petitioner to be identified in order to receive a response.
How to submit a petition
- online, using the petition form — you will receive a registration number immediately;
- in person at the Town Hall registry office during public office hours;
- by post to Str. Carpați no. 6/A, Borsec 535300.
A petition is not the same as a request for public information. The latter has a 10-day response deadline and must be submitted separately.
